We strive to ensure the highest product quality and order accuracy. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will provide a free replacement or a refund for the affected items.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To help you choose the right size, a size chart is available on each product page. RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. We only refund items that are defective or damaged.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
  3. Only items purchased directly from our store will be accepted.
  4. Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  5. Non-returnable items include those purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to customer mishandling.

Faulty Unit or Wrong Product: Contact us to start the return process. Include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number
  • In some cases, a video or photo of the defective product may be required for proof in order to process a refund or replacement.

RETURNS PROCESS

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

  • For defective products, a full refund will be credited.
  • For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We will confirm once the modification has been made. Note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
