While this is uncommon, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee by providing a free replacement order or a refund for the affected items.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
As each order is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect fit issues. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Method of Refund: All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
Product Condition: The item must be in like-new condition to qualify for a return.

Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card-issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Checking Refund Status: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
LOST ORDERS
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement at our expense or offer you a full refund.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION
You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After placing your order, you have 6 hours to contact us and request modifications (such as size, color, or address changes) or cancellation. After 6 hours, your order will enter production and can no longer be modified.
